I would be shocked if it sold for as much as a quarter of the asking price. It's a unique property that's been made very awkward (and unattractive) through the use of the traditional design aesthetics. The finishings are cheap. It's way out there.. I think it may actually be closer to the city portion of Chilliwack than that of Abbotsford, and it's in a completely farm oriented area, which demands a person be comfortable with certain odours and noises..

There are wayyyyy nicer properties in chilliwaxk and mission that were built to live in by professional builders I've seen for like 900-1.5 like -way- nicer. They won't get two for that thing

you guys saying 55 million dollars won't be able to keep the house?..it will, but for how long :lawl:

Gotta say it's pretty nice, but the furniture choice is nasty. Ugly overstuffed The Brick sofas...not my style. If you can afford to live there, you could afford nicer stuff to put in it.

I would think if it was staged they would have picked more modern stuff.

Can I ask a mod to please remove this thread? I do not want my house to be discussed with false accusations.

Thank you,

EmperorIS
