Welcome to Richmond's most disturbing car show. We took 8 of the most reckless drivers from the streets of Richmond and put them through a driving course.

its not entertainment to watch people who can't drive.. its failure of our system/ICBC "letting these people drive"

I would reproduce a Kids in the Hall skit but with a modern twist... also mocking the our news and politics like the Onion series would garner a wider following.
