Move over Singer here comes....uh... some guy named Jim from new jersey?

Had to share this. Don't want to be overly Timpo here by sharing every GTR with every mod here with a new thread, but its pretty cool to see a project like this that was just put together by some guy. All you need to have in the search for perfection is some time, and to give it a go.
Truthfully, this may be my favourite modified car of all time.

This is his other car, currently for sale for 55k. Its a 1974. Maybe I should see if he needs a private chef for a year in exchange for this car.

If that's really what it sounds like, "bare metal, light blue metallic paint", I've never seen a finish quite like that, looks unbelievable

that boxy vent on the front bumper looks so out of place
what's its purpose on a RR?

@flagella

That would be Singer. They specialize in revitalizing 964s with every desirable feature. Unless you meant seeing it in person because that sure would be a treat.

Probably just hung improperly and owner got excited so hasn't bothered to fix it yet.

^ wouldn't that completely fuck with your oil pressure and require a massive volume of oil?

I've never been a huge fan of these cars but the quality and attention to detail on the interior work are stunning, that wrapped roll bar looks incredible.

I believe air-cooled 911s take like 12L of oil or something crazy like that.

but I think the Singer version is better executed and better put together.

I think so too, but they have never done it with a 930, and I think there is something so much more impressive about this being someones personal project.
