Organic restaraunts/recipes?

I'm on a strict diet because of a medical condition... No gluten, dairy, corn with low sugar...

I've basically been stuck to sushi. Love it, but I want variety.

Anyone know of any decent restaraunts to eat at once in a while?

I'm in Coquitlam...

I'm always looking for tasty recipes, too!

Chicken lettuce wraps are delish.. saute some fresh diced veggies in your favourite sauce (feel free to mix it up for variety), cube or shred some cooked chicken, insert into lettuce leaf and enjoy.

That's a fairly slick idea, thanks. I basically try to stay lower in carbs, too, so that'll save me from some bread or wrap.

I have a brain tumour & sugar apparently feeds tumours, so I've tried to cut out as much as possible...
