Looks like seller was a piece of work. Stol $3.5 million lottery ticket from Mom's bf. He tries to sue for the stolen ticket and ends up being found shot in the head.

From the hoods I have seen by this company, mostly RSX, they are very well labled by who made them. All on the underside.

There is a chance he did not know who made it or just assumed. Seeing as you purchased it, it looked good to you and you did not do any kind of looking at the item and just bought it, its kind of on you here.
