Where do you get your alignment?

Hi guys i was wondering where most people take their cars for an alignment?
any good places here in richmond?

kchan 11-05-2015 10:57 PM

ive been to 2 places in richmond

some what low car friendly - but the machines were not calibrated so my alignment was really off

ever since - i only go to The Speed Syndicate since they are super low car friendly (my car is only 10cm from the floor) - and they calibrate their machines

i highly recommend The Speed Syndicate

Before it was at Dales in Langley, too far and found a better place. Gords FTW.

Care to share which two places? I get my alignment done at DHP which is also located in Richmond, have had good experiences with them.

prefer not to - as its been over a year now so they might've fixed it now - but when i had my alignment done (4 times total) it was no where near what i requested

+1 for auto tech.

trollguy 11-06-2015 09:23 AM

Dales. Been going there for at least ten years now.

when i'm in a bind, whichever shop that is available.. but then i'll still go to dales after when i have time.

Akinari 11-06-2015 09:39 AM

Genuinely curious, but based on what kchan said, what kind of alignment racks actually need to be calibrated and continuously recalibrated? It is to my understanding that all of the Hunter Hawkeye Elites which some shops use and most dealerships use do not need any calibration as per Hunter's claims. I've had alignment done on old school racks and Elites but generally I always get the same results?

bossha 11-06-2015 09:47 AM

Always go to drivehard for alignments.

Look for Dave.

supafamous 11-06-2015 10:27 AM

Drivehard or Speed Syndicate.

Tr1ll 11-06-2015 11:18 AM

Speed Syndicate

Had an alignment done at DHP around two years ago and the the alignment itself was fine, but whatever they put on my wheels to do the alignment left marks on them. Did not have that problem at Speed Syndicate.

boostedcivic 11-06-2015 11:25 AM

Dynamic performance hands down, great people over there.

jing 11-06-2015 07:11 PM

Only ever been to TSS and National Tire in Burnaby. The latter is a much more affordable choice.

ree666 11-06-2015 07:18 PM

TSS
