You live in a detached house.
You have no fence around your yard.
You have ample space (grass/dead grass/dirt) where he can dump shit.

If I didn't go the camera route, then I'd be tossing all his shit back on his property.. But I'd do it in an inconvenient way to him. Blocking door ways, blocking his garage or driveway.. and making sure you leave a HUGE FUCKING MESS.
