Fido just put up their Black Friday sales on their website for phones. LG G4 down to $99 on a 2 year smart plan. Was $250 just a few weeks ago.

now its just sitting in my guest bedroom collecting dust and acting as a back up movie player...i probably should have sold it when it was still worth a pretty penny
but that price from ss is pretty tempting...i wonder if a slim version will come out and/or if it'll go even lower around boxing day.

Just picked up the LG G4. Kept my smart plan, they waived the upgrade fee, I used all my accumulated Fido dollars, ended up paying only $32 with taxes 
Done my Black Friday shopping on a Wednesday!

Surface CPU has 4 cores vs the Asus 2 cores. I would go with the surface. Especially since the processor on the Asus is really crappy.
Surface is fast and you wont have any problems. Plus warranty is great with Microsoft, they are similar to Apples warranty policies.
For what you need it will be more than enough, if you get the Asus you will be unhappy down the road as it will get slower and slower as technology progresses. Again you also want your emails, browsers and videos to open up somewhat fast.
I honestly never spend under $500 on a notebook. but the surface has really gotten my attention.

We actually had a defective Surface that started acting up 2 weeks after purchase. Brought it back to Microsoft store and they replaced it onsite. They didn't even bother diagnosing the problem. That to me is great customer service, in and out in less than 15mins.

The surface pro 3 type cover works on the non-pro 3 correct? I know it wouldn't be flush when folded over but the larger keyboard would be nice.
I could probably get a type cover on CL for cheap.

Sounds good was also doing a moving sale. Not sure if they have moved yet. But they wanted to get rid of inventory so they didn't have to move it to the new location.

Depends if he meant $100 each, or for all of it. I've got my spare 360's up for sale and it's killing me how little they seem to be worth now, I have a hard time justifying selling them for so little but I don't really have a reason to keep 6 working 360's and 6 broken ones for spare parts
