The Man in the High Castle

Did anyone see this yet?

The Man in the High Castle (TV Series 2015? ) - IMDb

What a disappointment, it has such great elements, the directors should be shot, everything is under-acted. Ruined such a good concept.

I skimmed thru the first season because it's slow and boring as fuck.

It's from Amazon, so I am hoping that the new TOP GEAR won't suck balls

I'm watching it with my wife, we both really like it a lot
I haven't read the book or anything, but I like the tension and the deliberate pacing

People mumble and whisper too much in the show though

Lot of noticible Vancouver landmarks, they filmed part of episode 3 right beside my workplace! (Georgia + Thurlow). I saw them preparing the scene, it was pretty cool

Was actually just thinking about this today. Saw the pilot a while back and had wondered what ever happened to the show.

I'll definitely have to check it out, though. The first episode was quite enjoyable and I like the idea of the alternate timeline. I've got a copy of The War That Came Early series on my bookshelf, waiting to be read. Just another version of WW2 alternate history, but it's definitely an interesting subject.
