Can we use these promos to renew our current (almost expiring) plans? I signed on for 3 years when it was like 65-75% or something like that.

After all the whole reason for these crazy discounts is to get people to renew at full price. Maybe contact them and say you're looking for a new host and see if they'll let you stay. I had an account with them and cancelled it, and they started sending 75% off coupons.
