Anyone have a drone or done any drone photography yet?
Looking to get a Dji Inspire 1 as a first drone. Yes I realize that it's expensive and that isn't really an issue. Unless the Phantom or something has similar enough performance that it doesn't justify getting the Inspire.
So does anyone have experiences with the drones above and any recommendations?
Cool thread, looking forward to see what people post! Always wanted to try out a drone, but can't at this point justify the cost. I would get to use it once a year, if that. Love seeing other people's work though!

I recommend you stick with a Phantom 3 pro to start off with, especially when you have no experience flying. The inspire is a very quick and nimble machine and you will put it into a tree real quick. The inspire 1 camera and the P3 camera are nearly the same.
I've flown aircraft for years and started with a Phantom 2 and no I am going to get the inspire 1 pro in the new years.
