I'm not sure what happened to cause the change, but I'm sure the mods let us know as soon as they had the new plan cemented. So anyone saying shit can get fucked imo  They always do a bang up job of putting the meets together, so kudos to them!

Heard it way too many times, but we're the one of the few to set up, organize legally, and draw out the crowds year in and year out.

It seems there is no official sign-in site. I take it the meet is free. I think last summer there was a sign-in and a chance to donate $5.00 and reserve a section for groups. I am correct that this meet is more "first come first serve". We have some momentum building on WCR for attending. Some folks may have signed up to the list below already.

You can email Kbahar@blitzgear.ca if you are a part of a club which is attending to reserve stalls. Don't know when the cutoff is to reserve stalls.

Donation is for reserving multiple spots, no entry fee to get in but it's first come first serve for unaffiliated spaces. We're doing something different this year that should hopefully keep things flowing.
