Well maintained car, oil changed every 7000-9000km using only Motul full synthetic. DSG fluid changed at 60k as per VW. All recalls, software updates and TSB's completed by VW dealerships.
I only use Chevron 94 octane gas
Cosmetically on the outside the car is in good condition, usual chips on the hood from highway driving. There is a patch of rub marks from a parking lot recently on the passenger rear wheel arch.
In the summer, it is washed at least once a week and detailed every couple weeks.
The inside of the car is very well maintained.
Will include a set of new rear brake pads & slotted rotors, as well as all the OEM parts I have removed from the vehicle.
