2014 Ford Focus ST - Suggestions of things to look out for?

I have a buddy who's interested in checking out a 2014 Ford Focus ST this weekend. Thought I'd post here, as well as google search, to see if anyone has any suggestions on what to look out for on these cars, any known issues and such? Thanks for the help.

'14 ST owner here. Honestly the only thing I've heard of as a problem is the rear engine mount. They are too soft from factory. So if you start adding power mods and do aggressive launches it can be damaged. But if it's bone stock, the car should be fine.

Any issue should be covered by warranty anyways

If it has MyFord Touch or Microsoft sync I'm sure it wouldn't hurt to get the most recent software updates if it doesn't already have it. Some of the older versions crashed and froze up like crazy.

Also I've heard that sometimes if you have the mids or bass turned up too loud, the passenger door trim can rattle? Can not confirm this but I feel I've read this before.

The car is pretty awesome bone stock, but there are some very common "within the first month" mods people have done. Things like gas pedal spacer (it sits lower down than clutch/brake from factory), shifter bushings (for feel? I never did them), subwoofer box mod (packing the Sony 8" with poly-fill), drop in cone filter (so you actually hear the bypass valve).

To be fair all these issues have nothing to do with quality or reliability of the vehicle. But they seem to be very common mods.
