This has been going on in my FB for the last week.

From what I have seen the two individuals who had their cars stolen from this goof, did their very best to try and get the police involved. I am unsure of the circumstances as to why the police won't do something, or maybe its just cause they can't find the clown.

Nobody else seems to be able to track him down neither.

Either way the kids appears to have stolen like 3+ cars in the last week and drives them around and posts them on his FB before moving to the next one. I am fairly certain that by next week we will be hearing about either a police arrest related to this, or possibly just that he had his head bashed in and left in a ditch.

should use the GoPublic feature on CBC or something similar on one of the other media outlets.... I'm sure they'd love to hear about something like this and they can investigate as to why RCMP doesn't want to get involved

I'm guessing it has something to do with needing actual evidence to be able to arrest him, there's nothing illegal about posting pictures of a car on Facebook. Doing that takes time, but of course everyone expects the police to act instantly (even though they rarely can) which results in people claiming they're doing nothing.

Surrey police are too busy dealing with murders and they don't really care about theft crime.
I had my wallet stolen one time at surrey, and it was captured on camera. Police reviewed the video and said the thief was well known to them but they were not going to get him and they closed my case. So I guess is fine to steal in surrey?
