I've also seen some Saffron sold at Costco, they are usually priced pretty competitively

Go to Indian store on Fraser. Mostly comes from Iran, India

I have seen the meats / seafood side of things when I worked in production warehouse when i was a teenager


the seafood / meat quality is atrocious at TNT, second worst being super store, anything else is better

Try Famous foods on kingsway for saffron.
They have a huge selection of herbs and they usually sell it in these ghetto in-house packaging bags. At a fairly cheap price. imo

Anyone know where I can get organ meat like pig intestines. Saw a lot of heart and liver at T&T but never the intestine.

I'm pretty sure you can still get it from Supreme Meat in Burnaby off Gilmore (and 2nd I think?). Worst case just call ahead of time to see if they stock it.

They dont carry it anymore. Said nowhere in the whole Canada carry it either because its too much trouble cutting it up and clean them.

He said the States sell them.
