think they realized very few uses bike lanes when it rains and snows...so they're pushing for enclosed 3-wheelers.

I can't wait to see these in action when our streets become ice rinks..because you know they'll all be occupied during snowstorms from those trying to beat traffic and stuck canada line trains :facepalm:
