fraudulently obtained could also be done by a test drive. Private seller lets a person take a test drive on their own and they never come back.

The CTV piece that aired had a bit more information with interviews from hotel staff and apparently the 2 also had outstanding warrants related to another matter. These 2 clearly don't give a fuck and have no remorse, its too bad they weren't crippled or fatally injured in the crash.

Oh shit, just realized this is a few blocks from my house. I remember there was A LOT of sirens going off a few nights ago. I kept on thinking to myself that there must've been some huge accident and then I come on here and find out why.
