kwong chow congee & noodle house. their lunch special and tea time is cheap (like $8.35 and comes with drink or daily soup). it's on main and 16th but has free parking underground

This is my go-to dish before leaving the country...always at #9 and typically at 2-4am before jumping on a plane.

Picture looks like it was taken at #9 too:D

I find Yang Chow Fried Rice too plain tasting. I choose salted fish chicken bits fried rice over that as well, or any of the "Thai-style" fried rices.
