my attempt to make a tweeter pod

first i took out the panel.
and cover it with tape, i over killed.
https://drive.google.com/open?id=10x...AZpUIGBLYWpRoQ
and this is how i mark the location.
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1lQ...KWNwQT89rbZD7Q
i tape a roll of newspaper to make it easier to tape it firmly on a board so i can work on it..
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1cA...ZSQXC2ztIDw6Zg
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1CG...RmVH4SyGHHFOrw
i wiped this product on the panel, so the resin can come off later.
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1UJ...yEw7z8UPCGPgAw
3 ounce resin, + 30 drops hardener. (should have just used 1 ounce, i wasted)
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1Wl...BpbxN2rCLa7btQ
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1-K...V_9m0__5tJXRjA
put one layer resin on it
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1P1...2sNMf7c0e1r3Yw
when it 80% dry i make one layer of mat.
https://drive.google.com/open?id=16z...LWrt1CAUcAj9uQ

HOPEFULLY it will turns out acceptable

any tips to how to aim the tweeters?
aiming them toward the center of the interior of the car, is what i found by searching on internet.
any thoughts?
sticking my head at the middle of the car and aim it with my eyes, is what i think makes sense...
is it acceptable?

What kind of tweeters are you using? Are you going to be using a passive x-over or will you be going active?
These questions are critical to answer before a suggestion can be offered.

i ripped it off, and oh shee, i forgot to leave a space to run a speaker wire, because i dont want to drill the original panel
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1PC...Og1VKICIti_PRA
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1Nj..._RJlm5_5BmvBIA
so i retaped it, and try to do it again
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1ya...aTh1QlTFVPeSHQ

for the second time i lay the mat,,, i dont know why there is air coming out from the bottom of the piece or the mat sticked on the bottom and it comes back up, and looks like it always have air under it? and the gutter turned out very high, probably the first layer of "resin only" didnt dry enough before i start laying matts?

oh well,, the first piece came out better,

Are you using waxed or unwaxed glass?

Did it say waxed on the container?

When you point metal tweeters at each other, they will perform better than towards your ears or the window.

In this reference, his Kickers, but any metal tweeters because of their inherent ability to make ears bleed when on access to your ears or off the windshield.

The best is to have them oppose each other to reduce the unwanted irritants to cloud the sound that they are capable of
