Damn strict 150K budget allowance for a car? Poor her #toughlife

Gululu 04-13-2016 10:06 AM

a lot of u jealous salty people on here. I too find the tone of the article very odd and awkward. It seems they are trying very hard to paint a stereotypical image of recent Chinese immigrants in untruthful strokes. words are taken out of context to suit their reporter's agendas.

It's easy as fuck to 'play homeless' for a few days when you know at any time that you can go back to your silk sheets. I can go rough it in Africa for a month when I have my return flight ticket in my back pocket

I suggest that you her that question. She's the one who pulled the stunt of living like a homeless person in her Victoria's Secret PJ's and $1,000 Chanel shoes. She did it so she would appreciate the value of money she receives from her parents. Go figure that one out. :grinno:

I like you plat.
You get it. +1 for the next generation of intelligent RS members.

I don't like you, -1 for being born.
If I had a time machine, it would be a tough decision as to whether I went back and murdered Hitler, or kicked your pregnant mother in the belly.

I agree.

I thought I was reading an article from Chinadayrie or Xinhua. The whole article was a total lack of journalism integrity. Just a bunch of made up facts and words taken out of context.

I don't mind having rich new neighbours who are not only immigrants from mainland china but also pee in garbage cans on a daily basis. Public defecation and generally poor hygiene is something to be expected from the wealthy mainland chinese. Look at the girl in the pics. Her jeans are ripped. Need I say more? But to see the western media reporting it unethically is an abomination.

What a glorious thread, Revscene always delivers :nyan:

The article is indeed shit, no doubt about it.

While the Mainlander stereotype certainly carries a negative connotation, most people are reasonable enough to reserve judgement to an individual basis. There are probably some pretty cool rich Mainlanders and there are probably some total fuckboi rich Mainlanders.

Gululu, as an FYI, people don't think you're a dumb cunt because of your nationality, they think you're a dumb cunt because you're a dumb cunt.

Damn.
I get it though. You can't blame the individual for enjoying the life that they're fortunate to live. If I could buy my kids individual jaguar f types, damn right I would.

But it really is sickening for those of use who have worked for the last 20+ years to achieve a level of success that allows you to afford a lambo. Albeit at the expense of your future retirement.

Sure, it's normal for parents to want to spoil their kids, but I bet you'd also do your best to instill them with positive values/attitudes so that they can hopefully contribute to society.

The kids that are being talked about in these articles - if their source of cash suddenly dried up, I don't think they would amount to much.

I've had friends visit from US cities, even from San Fran and ask me why the hell there are so many supercars here and how it's basically a car show all the time :lawl:
