revscene lordco account changes?
 

Hi, wondering if anyone knows why the lordco revscene account changed recently? i always use this account. don't need id or account number just mention revscene car club and your gtg. two weeks ago it worked just fine.

yesterday i tried to use it like normal but it wouldn't come up in the system. there was an account labeled "rev 3 car club" which they ended up letting me use. the account number for that one is 338593. i had never needed the number for the account previously. does anyone know what's up?

That's strange I have been using it for years. Last used it a couple months ago.

Did the salesperson simply type it in wrong? The account should be active (used it a couple months ago), though I don't know the actual #.

Pretty sure it was typed in wrong by the sales rep.

338953 has always worked for me under Revscene Car club

Which store? I used the account to look up something on Saturday and it worked just fine. I'll check tomorrow when I go to work, but it should be working.

Can any RS member use this account?

I am pretty sure yes. I have not used it in awhile but last time I did worked no problem.

I ended up going to work today to drop something off and someone changed the name of the account. 338593 is the account number for the RS account. It's been changed to rev 3 scene car for whatever reason. It's a cash account so any RS member can use it. It's easier to give the account number than to ask for the counterpeople to look it up.

inaii is right, its been changed to rev 3 scene for some odd reason....ill see if I can get the name fixed back to revscene for us.

I just got the name fixed, it's back to revscene car club. Revscene all one word.

just checked it myself. it still comes up as "revs 3 scene car" lol

not for me on my side, if you work at the co maybe log out and back in. it comes up normal now

i'll try logging out and back in and seeing if its updated


edit: just exited the program completely and tried to search it up. still "revs 3 scene car" -(1:44pm)

weird, showing up at my store fine ( str 92 )

edit - if you search for revscene by name it wont show up probably until tomorrow since its been modified, if you enter the acct # it shows up normally.

So what sort of discount does the account get?

you're right. by number it shows up as revscene, but search comes as revs 3.
probably update tomorrow then
