Picking up a used 13HP, Honda GX390 with a GP 3.5GPH pump. Comes with 2 good 50' hoses, a good wand, 5 tips and a maintenance log. 85 hours of use.

My logic is that the motor is a friggin tank and I can always get parts for it and the pump. You can always turn the pressure down but you can never turn it up on small units. Also, volume gets the job done faster.

For $700 I'm paying a bit more than a shiny, new unit but it should be a one time purchase.

Ha! I just bought a used 13HP GX390 Pressure Washer for $700 as well. Triplex Comet industrial pump, 4.0GPM 3700Psi.

So overkill for my purposes, but for the same price (an no tax) as the smaller 2.8GPM 3200 psi unit I was looking at I couldn't pass it up. more GPM's = Clean moar faster!
