so i like the air chuck, but i am impartial with the milton tire inflator/gauge. i find it to be inaccurate. after putting air in the tire, say you set to 34psi, and you remove the chuck from the valve stem and check your pressure again, it'll read 32psi. i find the snap-on/bluepoint one to be the most accurate and repeatable.

https://store.snapon.com/TPGDL1000B-...--P771993.aspx

combine that with your valve stem attachment and you're rockin'... big dollars though...

For DIY'rs. Cool plumbing tool.

It's on sale right now at KMS Tools. If you're really frugal, you can get price match at Home Depot, lol.

I was at Costco Bellingham and saw this at the entrance. Wow, looks like they've been on sale for a while. How did I miss it?

Anyway, it's called the Great Scrape, LOL.

Great Scrape The Ultimate BBQ Grill Cleaning Tool and BBQ Gift

It's a tool, man. Great Christmas gift for the BBQ guy.

The "Woody,"

EDIT: after all the stories of people getting injured by wires from wire brushes, in their food, this seems like a "great" alternative for cleaning the grate. I use pumice cleaners, but then grit........although it seems to work well. Anyway.........

Well, I use this pumice thing I got from Canadian Tire. It's cheaper, but wears out and have to get refills. It leaves a tiny, tiny bit of a gritty residue behind. Does a great job and quickly and I really like it. I think refills are like 12 bucks. At $29.00 USD, this "Woody" thing will end up cheaper in the long run as it looks like it can last for a long time. Plus it's cool. The cool factor is strong in this one.

No more fumbling with brake caliper tool and C-clamps, this is a ratcheting brake piston compressor and it would with 4 piston calipers as well.

Picked one up at the Home Depot in Bellingham for 2.97 USD. It must have been designed to open those impossible to open Milwaukee plastic blister packaging. I was so impressed I went back and bought another one.

Only drawback with this safety cutter is the blade is not replaceable, so it's a disposable safety cutter. It really does the job and is very safe.

I've been seeing a lot of bamboo products being advertised. Everything from cutting boards to bath towels. Now toilet paper and paper towels. It makes sense. No trees involved and bamboo is like a freaking weed (no, not that kind). Ask anyone who has planted some in their backyard. They take over. Bamboo shoots are nice to eat. A bit smelly, but I'm getting off topic.

Reusable Bamboo Towels - Lee Valley Tools

Washable and leaves behind no lint!

Expensive at places like Whole Foods, but at Lee Valley, it's reasonable. Alibaba, of course, would be the cheapest place, but have to buy in large quantities, like 2000 plus, Gulolol.

Anyone want to start up a bamboo diaper business?

Too late, they've had those for a while, too.

Another great tool.

Pre-order the Woodpecker DelVe square now! limited quantities

Here's a link to the Woodpeckers' website.

OneTime Tool Products - Main Page

Some really cool stuff. And, what a concept. Pre-Orders and limited runs. Only make enough for the demand and make more only if demand picks up again.

......... Patents mean nothing these days when someone in Chinar can reverse engineer stuff, make it for cheaper, and make money off someone else's hard work and ideas.

Just in case those who are wondering bamboo fabric is actually just rayon. Instead of wood pulp, they use bamboo pulp. Still use all those caustic material carbon disulfide etc.

godwin, turn around.......... good to see your back. At least you're posting again.

Well, all things being the same, it still boils down to bamboo vs wood.

I'm on my way to Lee Valley to get them paper towels. I don't care if they're made from unicorn droppings. As long as they're lint free, I'm in. Gotta keep the windshield and car interior clean.

Just picked this up off Amazon in preparation for summer BBQ/picnic season. Will also be great for working on the car in the garage...

This is the older model with no Bluetooth, but great clearance price @ $149 + Amazon discount promos. USB/SD/2 AUX/radio, remote, weatherproof, rugged...

Already have some spare Bosch batteries so it'll be awesome for portable use, the fact that it has 4 110v GFCI outlets is icing on the cake when I have it plugged in.
