2006 manua lAudi A4 wagon any major problems?

I am thinking about buying a 2005 a4 manual wagon. I think it's the b6 platform. Is there anything I should look out for? common problems, any maintenance that should be done? The guy wants 12k with 150k on it.

Edit: it's a 05

2.0T or the 3.2 V6?

2006 would be the B7 actually.

I was looking at a 3.2 V6 earlier and found this quite useful.

I had a manual B6 Avant before and the previous owner replaced the water pump, timing belt as well as the clutch kind of early @ ~80,000km.

Besides the regular Audi/VW stuff, I replaced:
-Secondary air pump as it failed and triggered a code
-Coil packs as there was a TSB for them
-Steering rack, it cracked and leaked fluid everywhere

There were slight leaks from the head gasket and the centre diff + the rear shocks/struts were giving up when I sold the car for 12k at 110k about 3-4 years ago.

Also came across this

Common problems + repairs - AudiForums.com

Looks like things that will be taken care of if it's had a consistent service record... as an 11 year old luxury car it'll have some things pop up every now and then.

As with any older German car I would set aside a decent budget at anytime to fix things lol
