Do Richmond Lexus have own bodyshop?

Anyways, if they do, I always wondered if dealer's own bodyshop is good.

Any thoughts?

edit: looks like they do have Openroad bodyshop, anyone had good experience?

From what I've been told, they do decent work but have high labour rates. So I'd be comfortable bringing a car there for ICBC repairs, but not out of pocket.

We generally direct our customers to RAB for body work. One of the few shops certified to work with the Audi aluminum frames, and they did do a paint on a small piece of trim for me. 90% accurate match for the little piece they worked on.

RAB is an ICBC express shop, and all express shop rate's are set by ICBC which is higher than the usual body shop.
