anybody having the same issue as me? My notifications dont ring

I took it back to apple and they couldnt figure it out, switched to a different one and still same result. I searched around apparently its an IOS bug

My 6S has been doing that for a few months now. I rings for some and then will go for a period where it doesn't ring. I have it updated to the latest IOS, have done a back up and restore, have done a wipe and restore, still no luck.

A lot of times you have to set up as new. With every new phone thats what I do and I don't have "software problems" with my devices. iCloud brings over photos, contacts, WhatsApp so I don't really loose anything other than text history.
