She sounds pretty keen on having a few wee hipsters running around the one bathroom, east van loft. I mean sure, you're the dukes. I get it. But this is going a little far.

I honestly can't see taking the chance on her as a friend with benefits. The crazy is a too strong. I'd hate to have to deal with a little dukes busking on hastings because ms insane poked a few holes in the rubber.
