[TRI] FS: 2006 Honda Pilot EX 4WD, 1st owner & Clean title

My parents moved away and left me with their car for me to sell.
It's a 2006 Honda Pilot EX 4WD that's been with us since brand new.

About the car:
-1st owner: Bought brand new in 2006 from Marv Jones Honda in Maple Ridge (Although on papers it will show as second owner, Its been transferred from my Dad to my Mom once for insurance reasons)

-Clean title (No claim over $2000) - 1 claim for a minor rear door repair from someone backing into the side of the car at a parking lot
-EX Model with part time 4WD
-Trailer Hitch installed at Rack Attack in Coquitlam
-220K Kilometers - Lots of road trips to the States and Northern BC without a single problem

All work was performed at No.1 Auto Service in Coquitlam
-Timing belt, Serpentine belt and water pump done @160K
-New Radiator and Coolant flush @202K

-New Brakes Front & Rear (Rotors and Pads)
-Transmission Flush
-Differential Fluid change
-Motor oil change was done every 6000kms (Just performed couple days ago, Next due mileage is @226K)
-Recently professionally detailed at ProjectDetail

With that being said, This car has been the most reliable car that our family has ever owned. Over 10 years of use at 220k, it has thrown absolutely NO check engine lights or any malfunction issues other than the alternator dying which we had to replace. Arguably, the most reliable car we have ever owned. (I'm not just saying this as a sales tactic, i really mean it). Absolutely no fluid leaks, Drives smooth and excellent with no issues.

It'd be sad for me to see this car go as i essentially grew up with this car in the family. Lots of family roadtrips, Lots of feels, Lots of emotions
