That's a simple enough box to build but it comes down to your sound preference. Different subs have different sound characteristics and requirements. Keep in mind the more shapes there are to the enclosure, the more work it takes to build.
Best bet is to swing by a sponsor, have a listen and see what type of output you want. Last thing you want to do is spend all this money and it doesn't perform to your expectations. Once your subwoofer/amp is determined we can then see the air space requirements and build it.
