Monitor Lag? How to check?

is there anyway to check for monitor lag?

I am using a Philips 4K 40" monitor (BDM4065UC) at home. I always feel the mouse and keyboard are "sluggish", like there is split seconds lag between my keyboard input and mouse movement.

Initially I thought it was the crappy KB/M connection. (I was using a bluetooth KB & mouse)
I switched to a wired keyboard and mouse(Filco Cherry MX Red + Logitech G700s), but still getting the same thing.

When I do those human reaction time test (Human Benchmark - Reaction Time Test), I consistently get around 100-120ms slower response time than my work PC and laptop. (At work I am using a wireless KB & mouse)
100ms seems like...a lot.

Is this normal?
The reviews on the monitor seems "decent" and I don't see many people complain about input lag.

I am using a GTX960 vid card (drivers updated), single displayport connection direct to the monitor, W10.

FYI..i notice the lag more after using W10...tho I am not really sure if there is actually more lag.

It seems like you've already narrowed down the issue, the monitor. Do you have a different monitor to test?
