Had to replace the zipper under warranty which took over a month so I bought a different bag to use
-12L, padded 13-inch laptop compartment, front pocket with organization slots + small zipper pocket
-Hardwearing N500p nylon 6 plain weave, weather/water RESISTANT
-Lifetime warranty through Arc'teryx (repairs are free if it's a manufacturer defect)
-Brand new zipper replaced by Arc'teryx, have the invoice
Used it for about a year to carry a laptop + small school essentials only as it's a small bag. Fabric is in perfect condition, small amount of pilling in the mesh on back panel and straps (not noticeable unless you look very very closely), no stains/rips.
