Shame he died so young. Loved his music. Introduced me to Trance and the entire scene. He inspired me to pick up a keyboard and start playing and developing.

I suggest listening to the album 'Trancelations' by Lowlands. Amazing pieces, including 'Children'.

Thanks for the feels! Just epic. A real trip back to my early raving days which started at Cream @ Memorial Arena in Victoria around 1998. First album I listened to over and over in the car was Cream which had 1998 and Cafe Del mar, Three Drives among others. I then spent a few years going to many local raves on the island while spending way too much on trance CDs as mp3 downloads weren't available yet.

Every friday night I used to listen and record onto cassette Chris Sheppard's show, which played a lot of this stuff. Then I would crank that shit while PC gaming on dial up late at night, the only time I was guaranteed not to have someone pick up the phone and disconnet the game. I was getting 2-3 hours of sleep on a school night.
