could also make wonton soup with it by grinding it up in the pork,full thing here.

Simpler is better. Quick boil and something to dip on the side.

Like everyone mentioned, a quick 2min boil is all you need for super fresh Spot Prawns, toss in a couple slivers of ginger if preferred.
My go-to dip is simply soy sauce with chopped jalapenos, heat up some sesame oil and pour it in. Takes 30 seconds.

I respectfully disagree. 2 mins imo is way too long and even 1 min is pushing it
