Can you tell me what this survey is being used for? Will you be able to share your data or findings at the end of the collection period?

I'm just pulling your chain. I did it. I still want the findings though.

Feedback: Why are periodic payments an option? Why did I have to put that down? That's assuming that your target market is only interested in a used car from a dealership. This survey should have asked that question (Where do you prefer to buy a used vehicle?) first as a qualifier.
