Can't help but think of the timing of all this. CNN getting bent out of shape over a gif while remnants of 'nothing burger' was still in the air.

Now, no one needs to talk about 'nothing burger' anymore because this is recent events and therefore everything before it is no longer relevant.

This guy may not have a very clean record when it comes to his history on the internet, but that's not the point. The point is that CNN went after him over a GIF and abused the shit out of their power.

i dont think it's ethical but i would be naive if I pretend this was the first time a big corporation is threatening exposing someone's identity.
