I know nothing about BMW but really like the look and price of this one. Would appreciate some thoughts on this car and whether or not I should pull the trigger.https://vancouver.craigslist.ca/van/...238390243.html | | | | | 07-27-2017, 04:38 PM | #2 | | To me, there is the Internet and there is RS

Only one picture, and that doesn't look like anywhere in Canada, so the ad is likely fake.

I'm no bmw guy. But I was looking into a 135i recently and the common things to look out for are:High pressure fuel pump like to go unexpectedly
Water pump likes to go unexpectedly
 Turbo waste gate/s fail eventually
 Walnut blasting the valves
injectors seem to be an issue as well but not as often as the above. As well, with the above its not about if, but when those things will go. In my opinion the worst is the hpfp and water pump because they can go at any time.

Other more minor things are valve cover gasket and I think spark plugs need changing often. But other wise they are very tempting, small car and seem to make power very easily.

 Very tempting car indeed!

The 128i has way less issues and still drives the same. Na inline 6 is the best engine for that car

So tempting!!!
