It's week 7, and I'm back in 1st. I've been in 1st for 4 of those 7 weeks, and never lower than 4th. Managing my roster like a bawss. Getting PPGs and PIMs, and apples and genos.

Dem goalie stats are hurting me this season.

The dusters all won this week. How the hell did that happen?!?

I lost to #12 seed mk1
Teggie beat JQC, they were #10 and #2 respectively.

Now I'm #2 and JQC bumped into the #1 spot. It was a crazy week, and I lost out by sitting Reeves, and losing the PIMs column.

I had Marchand, Getzlaf, and Zibanejad on IR in RS1, just got Marchand back a week or so ago. Getzlaf plays his first game back tonight, only played 6 games this season. My teams kept their head above water though somehow..

Looking back on the draft results, Eichel at 15th overall BibleThump took RoR in the top 100 too

Yup, plagued by injuries

I had to drop Luongo last week, and Jaden Schwartz yesterday when word of 6 week + injuries came down for both of them. Schwartz was doing so well too. Replacing him with David Perron wasn't a bad move, even though the latter's performance isn't on par with the young JS. I picked up Miller for Luongo though, which really brought me back to the good old days :fullofwin:

Fingers crossed Holtby plays like shit :D

you're running on 1 goalie, thats not gonna work when you need at least 3 starts. Pickup a backup or trade for a starter

In RS1 at least, having 50 free agent pick-ups you need to monitor who's hot or cold and use free agency to your advantage. I think at least 6 or 7 of my players were free agents at one time or another.

Last week I had both Crawford and Murray on IR

Jeffries was drafted by someone

Forsberg was junk, his GAA was 11.00 last week

Not that I want to give advice to the competition, but last year I had an autodraft team, plus I didn't now that I had to activate my roster every day. So by week 7, I was 11th out of 12. I spent the next few weeks picking up free agents, and building up the team I finished with. Four weeks left in the season, and I was in the top 3. By the end of the season, my team fell apart, and I ended up 4th or 5th overall. But the bottom line is that it's never over and you can come back. Maybe the chances of coming in first are a long shot, but at least you won't be last.

Just don't forget to activate your roster like I did last night.

I caught it around 5pm, but lost out on some much needed genos, PIMs and blocks on those 4pm starts.

Yea I been pooiling for a while. These deep pools are hard to pick up new consistent guys.

I got lucky the guy I'm going up against forgot to set his lineup on the first day lol
