NAS HDD Raid1 choice

First time to try Raid 1. Going to pick up a couple 3T or 4T HDD this week for the new Synology, but I have no idea what brand / model should I get.

This is what I learned so far:
WD RED - Most expensive, average failure rate ($186 for 4T in Asia)
Seagate - Expensive, highest failure rate ($160)
HGST - Expensive, lowest failure rate ($160)
Toshiba - Cheapest, unknown failure rate ($126)

If I run Raid 1 (NAS will be using WOL or scheduler running 18hrs a day), will I need to care about HDD failure? if I pick the cheapest HDD, how difficult is the recovery when one HDD fail to run?
