I have been daily driving my 911 for the past few months and recently lost access to a parking spot I had rented. As such I have no room for my toy. I searched every day for two years to find the perfect modified 997 and I snatched this up the same day it was posted. There are no stories and the car shows beautifully save for a chip in the front bumper and a chip on the hood. As you have read, the car is extensively modified but not cheaply. This was one of the first 997s in BC and was treated to approximately $75,000 in upgrades, in addition to the $120k MSRP. The car has had its IMS and RMS updated, a brand new OEM clutch as well as a fresh oil change and it is ready for the next owner to enjoy.

Thanks,
Zac

CAR IS NOW SOLD - Thanks everyone.
