Advice Needed - Buying Evo X

I'm looking at a 2011 Evo X in Kelowna but I'm in Vancouver, planning on getting a PPI done at Valley Mitsubishi. The car is stock bar an Excedy clutch which was replaced at 82,000kms by Four Function Autosport it is now sitting at 84,000kms.

A little concerned that the clutch was replaced at 80k but maybe that is common on the stock clutches? Have been told no accidents but will do a Carfax to confirm. He is the 2nd owner.

Any tips on these cars would be appreciated and what to look for, I had an Evo IV back in Ireland but this would be my newest and largest purchase to date and don't want to end up with a lemon.

Thanks!

i considered the same evo, did not buy because it had lein. have owned evo before and can say its a nice one, and stock which is rare to find. as with clutches i'd say its normal around the 80k mark, little earlier than most, 100-120 seems to be the norm.
