Rec for a countertop shop?

Anyone here have recommendations for a good countertop shop? Just wrapping up a kitchen reno in our house and am looking for a quartz top for it. Thanks.

also would be interested in this. we have one of those ikea butcher block top islands in our kitchen and i want to just have it "topped" with stone (is that even possible or do i need to get a full 2in thick slab?).
