Appliances recommendation for renovated unit

Hi,

I am trying to choose a dishwasher, oven, washer and dryer for a unit I am renovating to sell. I think I prefer mid-range price and quality, so not cheap and nasty and not too pricey. What would you recommend for my situation? Thanks.

i would look at sears liquidation. Can get some floor models for good price.

If you buy kenmore brand ; you get 1yr warranty from manufacture (usually electrolux / fridigaire) and if you throw it on a visa with extended warranty manuf warranty doubles for additional year.

go to home depot and they will match any other price and beat it by 10%, I saved lots of money doing that last year.

The 10% off is only on the difference in price like most places. And Home Depot's service is fucking brutal for the most part when i was looking for appliances.

Trail is fucking shit too, i will never go back to trail for anything.

Best experience i've had by far buying appliances was buying for our house earlier this year from metrotown BestBuy, you wouldnt think it but they carry most brands and even a lot of higher end stuff. No comission sales staff but they are actually fairly knowledgeable.

We ended up buying all Kitchenaid for our own kitchen, Double french door fridge, dish washer, and the full gas range. Kitchenaid is definately more expensive than most of the other comparable brands but i find the look and quality to be better.

BestBuy finally also realized that their stupid service plans werent worth the money and adjusted accordingly. For a full 5 year replacement plan on all our kitchen appliances we paid $600 and that covers all repairs, labour, and parts, and if they have to come out more than twice to fix somthing it's a full replacement. I thought $600 is pretty good considering the package of the 3 was over $6000

I probably wouldnt spend that much in your case though, just buy whatever looks the nicest and is the cheapest if its to sell a unit..

Frigidaire has more industrial looking appliances and they are generally cheaper or on par with the samsungs etc.

mmm..no..Home Depot beats the bottom line price by 10%..done it many times...even did it last month on a stove.

Trail is the worst..avoid...buy from Bestbuy if they have those buy more save more deals..otherwise just buy it from HD via Pricematch 10% off.

Lowes is horrible too...marks up prices for their sales

Kinda meh in the looks dept but the price is right and the reviews seem good.

Honestly if i was only looking for appliances to sell a unit i wouldnt look too much deeper than that
