I wonder how difficult it would be to find a 2G TL on dubs like that.. they do make the vehicle stand out a bit.

Is this your video? Can you see when the package was dropped off and compare to when this guy showed up? Then at least you will know if he was simply fishing off the truck. Or if the delivery guy told him to get it.

You were correct, it's VCC (Valley Car Club). OP can also try Lower Perimeter or some brand specific pages.
