Wouldn't the problem be that you are exposed to it without knowing so you won't be taking any treatments until well after? The person should be upfront before and if you are infected they should be prosecuted/sued.

Thanks to Tinder and other dating apps the chance of someone being HIV+ and not knowing about it probably increases a bit. Thankfully social networking can often find a friend or a friend of a friend who knows the person and a bit about their past history and can fill you in. If you find one who's been known to take a dickin' on a regular basis with different guys every week and is willing to hook up after a few hours of talking..back away. As tempting as it may be to get laid, you need to think with your big head and not your dick.
