Liberals want to limit prosecutions of ppl who don't reveal HIV status to sex partner :troll: |
Fuck off. I’d even want to know if you get cold sores before making out with you |
|
California passed similar laws. |
:troll: |
This is just part of reconciliation |
If you're going around infecting people on purpose, you still get charged This just prevents people with HIV from being charged with sexual assault just for having HIV If you engage in high risk sex, it's a risk you take. A stupid risk, but not necessarily criminal. If you think someone might have HIV before you let them fuck you, you better make sure first right? |

See the thing that has me a little perplexed here; They want to decriminalize non disclosure because the possibility of transmission is negligible. So then how would the person wishing to press charges have contracted HIV if the possibility were, in fact, negligible? That really doesn't make sense to me. |
it's about breaking down the stigma and keeping up to date with science if you give rides more than the bus without wrapping it, then yes your risk is greatly amplified I read an interview from porn star keiran lee who said they have pretty advanced testing these days and believes being in the adult entertainment biz is less riskier than the hook-up culture with the resurgence of VD |
The HIV virus was never isolated... the supposed discoverer now says you can cure AIDS with just the right nutrition. |
So the feelings of HIV patients outweigh the general public? |
No comment on the proposed legislation itself, but me thinks an HIV-positive person -- male, female, shemale, LGBTQ+, sexually unidentified or otherwise -- needs to go have sex with our Libtard PM. And then we will see how our Mr. Pretty Face PM will walk the walk, and our laws should follow. |
Yeah I don’t mean to sound like a jerk, but I think it’s important for people to be vocal. Sex is awesome, and yes with modern medicine and safe sex practices it can be a low risk of contraction. BUT if you ever look on food labels, they always warn you that there may be traces of peanuts or made in the same factory that produces daily products etc. Wait. What was I talking about? |
I think you're saying that they should have tattoos above their genitals that state "May contain traces of full-blown AIDS" |

If they're worried about the stigma towards people with HIV, how do they think someone is going to react when they find out they contracted it from a partner who couldn't be bothered to tell them? Something tells me it won't be "It's all right dear, now that we've both got HIV we don't have to worry about it." Sorry but I just don't see how this benefits anyone in any way. Anyone with any non-curable STI should be required to disclose that to all partners, even if the risk is "little" that still means there's a risk and the people involved should be informed of that risk. Nobody should have someone else deciding what their acceptable risk level is. If they've done new studies then there should be numbers, but unless "little to no" is quantified by an obscenely low number they can fuck right off with this. Either way though you're still blindly assuming someone is taking their medication correctly, and given how many people have gotten pregnant while incorrectly taking their birth control there's no way in hell I'm going to trust that strategy. Hmm, what's next? Making love to trap girl only to find out it's a trap. A) If you kick them out, they can allege sexual misconduct against you. or B) They can allege discrimination against you Win win :jizz: Kreygasm |

I don’t think that’s an option skinny. Anyways. I think it’s hard to be fair if we are never put in that position. Let’s say you do have HIV (or any std or similar) and it’s 99.9% contained with medication and safe sex. If you disclose that to your partner which I think you should, the odds of ever getting laid must be really low. Let’s be honest, if I was about to do the old hit and quit, and there was a 0.1% chance of hiv I’d walk away (let’s ignore the fact that it’s probably a higher percentage in real life every time you fuck, but we ‘feel safe’ because the person doesn’t tell us). Ugh I dunno. Maybe we should have sexual contracts pre-fucking for what can and can’t be done and if they know they are clean. Maybe Chappelle was right |

I can just image in the head of the monent when you are about the fuck the girl crazy she opens her draw, you thinking is going to be a toy, lub or maybe even something more kinky. But nope is a sexual contract stating all the do's and dont's, all the conditions are in fine print and you are require to sign it before sex. God such a mood killer. |
In that article it mentions people getting treatment pose little to no risk of transmitting the disease. I'd like to see the stats on how many non HIV positive people have contracted HIV from an HIV positive partner who is keeping up with the correct treatment. |

Yea for a while a few years ago there was a story about all the gay guys in San Fran just saying fuck safe sex and going out on the town after doing those preventative drugs. I’d suck an HIV D for a nice IPA |
