Common issues? V6 mazda 6

Just recently got a hands down 04 mazda 6 v6 from my mother. It's sitting about 160kms. I was wondering what are the common issues for these cars? I've always been a Honda guy so I'm pretty new in the mazda world. I also found a slight coolant leak near the back. Tried locating it to see the leak was originating on the hoist but no luck. It was pretty high up from looking the bottom of the vehicle. Pretty stumped and clueless about it so any help and knowledge will be greatly appricieated
