Congrats on the baby. I wish we had JDM vans here in North America

I have a sienna as a family car. It's nice but having more smaller vans as options would be nice (I didn't like the mazda 5 as much).

The JDM vans that are worth driving: Alphard, Vellfire, Estima, Elgrand.

Middle class 2.0L JDM vans: Stepwgn, Serena, Noah...these are only okay to drive around town, picking up kids at school etc. They are generally slow and noisy. Like Dodge Caravan vs Chrysler Pacifica.

Last pic of my Supra before it is shipped to its new owner in Toronto.

Edit: I lied. Cars always look better on a flat deck.

Almost finished with the reconditioning of the E30. Rid it of all the early-2000s modifications and returning it back to the sport OEM+ condition that a two owner, non-rusty E30 deserves.

Pictured here with a fresh set of Euroweaves. New rear spring pads to raise and balance the height not yet pictured.

Thank you! It's a Dynavin D95, very outdated but works fine. Lots of good units out there now, even China $250 ones with the newest android, wireless OBD, tire pressure monitor, and fantastic screen + great specs for ram, processor and memory. The new Avin also looks promising, but costs much more.

Cheers, it's mystic blue but portrayed as a darker color in this photoshoot. If you check my IG you can see a more accurate color depiction. This was actually jasonturbo's car before.

Cheap China ones have lots of features, but major issues. Best bet for China ones is to go with Eonon, but even that one has it's issues and poor customer support. Dynavin is always the no hassle and good customer service option, but pricier than the China ones.

After doing lots of research for Eonon + other "China" android units, Avin, Dynavin - it's a true testament to "you get what you pay for".

I settled for a adapter module plugged into the back of the OEM headunit that gives BT, Mic, USB/SD card music and steering wheel controls. $150 and easy 1 hr install but the only downside is navigating between tracks is difficult.

BicBaws, what ICE unit are you using?

Not using any unit, I gotta listen to the radio like a peasent. I'm debating on cancelling my Spotify premium subscription.

Unfortunately, I don't have the option of plugging in an adapter. I did my fair share of research, it it looks like even if I did get a china headunit, it still might not work. I have a pre 09/2002 headunit with oem navi and HK. Makes things tough to find options for.
