I wouldn't try to do anything to her or her house at this point. The police is on her case. If you want to make her pay just keeps going to doctor (get your wife and kids as well). Just keep telling your doctor coz of what she did it puts a great deal of stress to your family to point where your family can't sleep at night, your kids are scare, you get very stress for your family safety that you need to take time off work etc etc.... make it sound as terrible and possible and ask the get some meds to help you sleep at night. Report this to the police and get a restaring order so she can't go anywhere near you or your family.


When the court day comes show all doctors note and what he said and note down meds you got. Basically make your case sound as bad as possible in front of the judge. Unless the kid is a newborn, why the fuck is he still asleep at 8:30am? Hell, most people I've known with 6+ month olds, are up by 7-7:30am - usually cause the dad's are leaving at 6:30-7:30.

Have you gone over and had a serious conversation with this neighbor? I've found in the past where I've had passive aggressive neighbors, the best choice of resolution is a direct conversation. Rather than calling the police, etc, I've found going over and knocking on the person's door to a ascertain what the problem is (along with a firm resolve) can usually mitigate the problem going forward.

Long enough for us to catch her... lol
