Where to buy car posters, prints, memorabilia etc. in the GVRD?

My new office is bare as hell. Two of my big hobbies include shooting and cars. I can't put gun stuff at work because most my co workers are not big on that. So I want to put car prints, memorabilia, 1:18 models, etc. to make it feel more like mine.

I mostly like American cars like Mustangs, Camaros, Challengers, etc. but also old-school air cooled Porsches. I know that there is Wilkinsons but there doesn't seem to be much there.

Any ideas around town of shops that sell this stuff?

There was a place near Broadway and Cambie before called Wilkinson’s Automobilia that had lots of classic car stuff, but they closed down. Okay, from a quick google search, it looks like the moved online https://www.eautomobilia.com/, with a warehouse on Main St.

Also, some Canadian Tires, has some automotive signs/plaques, etc... that was meant for a mancave; very limited selection though.

You could always find some vintage BC license plates on Craigslist as well

Just punch in "poster store" in Google Maps and they should have some car stuff.

I recall that some shopping malls also have shops that sell car culture related signs, like "(car brand) parking only". I know one in Victoria, so I am sure there is something in the mainland as well.

If you can't find anything you like, you can always find a good pic on the Internet and print it at a print shop. The bigger the pic, the better. I wanted to buy a Mazda rotary car poster but ended up asking a shop to print a rotary car poster since I can't find anything I like online.

If you like shooting and you like cars, why not combine them both and take your own pictures of cars, print them and then make a nice canvas or framed prints?

If you are looking for cars to take pictures of, i'm sure some fellow members have some nice ones if you look hard enough and ask around.

Or go to Marcel Lech Photography - Luxury Automotive Photography His photo's are SEX! I'm sure he'd sell you a few! (I don't know him personally, I just really look up to his automotive work)

Slap hypa with a civil forfeiture and you'll have a nice life-sized American muscle car as memorabilia in your office.
